His unfailing drive and determination to bring out the very best in people, coupled with his humorous, no nonsense and practical approach, has achieved outstanding results for Instil clients around the world. Lynn has been with Instil since the very beginning – bringing over 25 year’s experience in Sales., Leadership, Management and Training to our team. Starting out in the newspaper industry, she has since juggled her time as a trainer, coach and Mum – as well as keeping on top of the financial side of the business. She is a very busy lady – and runs everywhere to keep fit and ready for anything!
